Community Education

In February and March, Pastor Leigh and Stephen & Irene Wise (both trained Spiritual Directors) will lead a book study of Richard Rohr’s The Universal Christ for Community Education. Each Sunday, we’ll review two to three chapters of Rohr’s book after church, discussing the text, its impact on faith, and how we live out that faith day to day.

Then, on Mondays from 12-2, all are invited to gather for a small group that will be engaging more experientially with Rorh. After a fellowship-filled brown-bag lunch at 12:00 noon, we’ll participate in spiritual practices, prayer, and a deeper, practical engagement with the text’s theological tenets.
